Overview

This website is a static information site. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services, and loads no fonts, scripts or content from third-party servers. There is no contact form.

Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Mittwald CM Service GmbH & Co. KG, Königsberger Straße 4-6, 32339 Espelkamp, Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host. When a page is requested, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested file, referrer and browser identification. This serves the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are not combined with other data and are kept only as long as needed for that purpose.

Contact by email or phone

If you write to me or call me, I process your details to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, for general enquiries point (f)). I delete them once the request is settled, unless statutory retention obligations require longer storage.

Switching the display

If you change the colour scheme with the button at the top right, your browser stores this choice locally (localStorage). It stays on your device and is not sent to me.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You can complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

Right to object

Where I process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (server logs, general enquiries), you can object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).

No automated decisions

No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
